| MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES
ZONING ORDINANCES AND MAPS
HVA has managed the preparation of numerous
comprehensive zoning ordinance updates, maps and amendments for various municipalities
including Berks, Chester, Montgomery, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Schuylkill Counties. Our
responsibilities as the project leader and consultant included writing text; preparing
innovative development and design alternatives; coordinating efforts with municipal
clients and review agencies; conducting municipal surveys; managing the progress of the
project; and attending community meetings and public hearings. Presently, HVA is the lead
planning consultant for the Caln Township Zoning Ordinance and the Muhlenberg Township
Zoning Ordinance.
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCES
HVA has managed the preparation of numerous subdivision
and land development ordinance updates and amendments for various municipalities including
Berks, Chester and Montgomery Counties. Our responsibilities as the project leader and
consultant included coordinating efforts with municipal officials; preparing procedural,
design and improvement requirements; managing the progress of the project; and attending
community meetings and public hearings. Presently, HVA is the lead planning consultant for
the Caln Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and the Muhlenberg Township
Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
